Keep A Constant Look Out For Suitable Candidates For Seen Group Across London & New York

Utilise Social Media Channels To Identify Talent, Build Relevant Talent Pools And Maintain Strong Relationships With Best Talent In The Marketplace

Coordinate Interview Arrangements With Hiring Managers, Contacting Candidates Or Recruiters To Schedule Either Virtual Or In Person Arrangements.

Screen Cvs And Collate Shortlist For Hiring Managers During Hiring Process.

Manage Our Yearly Graduate Recruitment Process Including Job Postings, Managing Responses, Creating Shortlists And Booking In Assessment Days And Interviews As Required.

Collate And Track List Of Vacancies On A Weekly Basis And Work With Talent & Culture Partner To Pipeline Candidates For Roles. Update Recruitment Trackers/Spreadsheets And Recruitment System As Required

Coordinate All Recruitment Correspondence Including Offer Letters, Contracts, Welcome Emails And Reference Checking.

Support Seen Group Talent Strategies Around Inclusivity And Be On The Lookout For Potential Partnerships For Seen.

Maximise The Use Of Seen’s Website And Social Channels To Ensure Opportunities Are Visible To Prospective Applicants And Finding Contemporary Ways To Convey Seen As An Employer Of Choice.

Management Of Glassdoor Account, Ensuring Feedback Scores Are Regularly Updated On The Platform.

Smooth Management Of Freelancer Booking Process, Contacting For Availability, Completing Cest Tests, Issuing Ndas, Approving Timesheets And Processing Pos For Payment.


People Experience & Culture

Management Of Our Wellbeing App And Dashboard, Adding And Removing Users, Keeping On Top Of Monthly Usage And Reporting Any Important Stats.

Support Talent & Culture Partner In Crafting Digital First Onboarding Solutions.

Oversee The Onboarding Process For New Joiners, Meeting Them On Their First Day To Provide The Hr Induction And Ensuring They Feel Welcomed By The Business.

Hr Admin

Act As The First Point Of Contact For Employees For Any General Queries

Administration Of Payroll Process For Uk & Us, Working With Our Finance Team To Communicate And Input Changes On A Monthly Basis.

Manage Us Interns Payment Cycle In Line With Timesheets, Collate Updated Hours On A Weekly Basis To Process On Justworks.

Be Responsible For Collating Timely Stats To Support The News Agenda Including Exit Interview Data, Turnover Stats Etc For Uk & Us.

Coordinate The Review Process Across London & New York In Conjunction With Talent & Culture Partner, Ensuring That Reviews Happen In A Timely Manner And Are Collated For Follow Up After Each Cycle.

Coordinate Seen Skills Initiatives And Roll Out For All Employees In Conjuction With Talent & Culture Partner.

Administer Paperwork For New Starters, Leavers, Promotions, Increases And Payroll Changes.

Conduct 30 Day Check Ins For All Junior Employees, Flagging Any Feedback And Follow Up Actions Required With The Relevant Line Managers.

Assist With Ad Hoc Employee Enquiries And Opportunities To Take On Larger Projects To Develop New Skills And Experience In Your Career.

Requirements


Essential Criteria:

A Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In People Operations Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Fast-growing Business

Strong Hr Admin Skillset And Highly Organised

Competent Using A Variety Of People And Payroll Systems E.G. Moorepay

Confident In Processing Payroll On A Monthly Basis

Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In Payroll Input Preparation

A Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In People Operations Or Talent Acquisition, Preferably Within A High Growth Business Within The Creative Industry.


Desired Skillset

Experience Recruiting Talent In Us Market

Understanding Of Us Payroll Processes

Have Experience In Managing Freelancers
