About The Role
You Will Play A Key Role In Ensuring That The Talent Acquisition Team Brings World-class Talent Into Wpp Brand Consulting Agencies. As Talent Manager, Emea, You Will Be Responsible For:
Establishing And Growing Internal Relationships With Hr And Hiring Teams Across Emea – Ensuring A Collaborative Approach To Hiring At All Levels
Managing The End-to-end Recruitment Journey For Vacancies Across The Group – Including Client Services, Strategy, Design, Finance And Admin Functions
Continue To Develop Knowledge Of The Competitor Landscape Through Research, Sourcing For Live Roles, As Well As Building Talent Pipelines And Market Data
Pro-actively Headhunting And Sourcing The Best Talent In The Business
Conducting Preliminary Phone Screens And Interviews, And Gathering Candidate And Hiring Manager Feedback
Maintaining Excellent Communication With All Candidates Through The Interview And Hiring Process, Providing A “Best In Class” Candidate Experience
Owning The Management And Organization Of Our Growing Applicant-tracking System, Greenhouse, To Capture All Relevant Candidate Data For Current Roles And Future Prospects
Communicate With Passive Candidates To Support A Growing Talent Pipeline
Negotiation Skills
Working Closely With The Talent Team, Regionally And Globally, On Ongoing And Project-based Recruitment Strategy
