Our Client Is Seeking An Individual To Manage A Region, Ideally From Nottingham Upwards.

As A Network Operations Manager, Part Of The Network Operations Team, You Will Manage A Area Of Repair Network To Ensure Contractual Performance And Relationships Are Maintained, Correct Level Of Repair Capability, Service And Capacity Within The Repair Network. Working With Repairers And Our Customers You Will Be Responsible For Ensuring Delivery Of Customer Service And Performance To Our Clients.

Key Duties Of A Network Operations Manager Will Include

Developing Meaningful Relationships With Current Repairers And Engaging New Repairers To Provide Services To The Company And Manage Their Performance.

Maintaining A High Level Of Knowledge Of The Repair Capacity Within Your Allocated Region And Ensuring Adequate Coverage Is Maintained To Meet The Needs Of Our Business.

Ensure Repairers Adhere To Our Contractual Requirements.

Carry Out Remote And Physical Audits Of Network Repairers Producing Audit Reports With Any Required Remedial Action Plans.

Manage The Performance Of Your Allocated Repairers Using Performance Management Mi And Performance Analytics Across A Set Of Business Kpi’s.

Manage And Support Resolution Of Complaints Within Your Region.

You Will Have A Good Knowledge Of The Vehicle Accident Repair Industry And Managing Vehicle Repairer Performance, And Ideally Have Over 2 Years’ Experience In A Similar Role. Knowledge Or Experience In The Commercial Vehicle As Well As Car Accident Repair Sector Would Be Advantageous.

You Will Be Working Remotely, From Our Offices And Repairer Locations So You Will Have The Ability To Plan And Manage Your Workload Around Business Priorities. Being Fluent In The Use Of Computers And Packages Such As Excel, You Have The Ability To Produce And Analyse Performance Data To Effectively Manage Performance And Implement Performance Action Plans.

As A Team Player You Will Develop And Maintain Positive Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders As Well As Colleagues, Demonstrating A High Level Of Engagement Within The Business.

Due To The Nature Of This Role A Full Uk Driving Licence Is Essential.
