Using Social Media To Advertise Vacancies, Attract Candidates And Build Relationships

Headhunting – Identifying And Approaching Suitable Candidates Who May Already Be In Work

Reviewing Applications And Creating A Shortlist Of Candidates For The Client

Organising Interviews For Candidates As Requested By The Client

Negotiating Salaries Or Day Rates And Finalising Arrangements Between Clients And Candidates

Working Towards And Exceeding Targets That Will Relate To The Number Of Candidates Placed, The Value To Be Billed To Clients And Business Leads Generated
