The CIO Executive Council from IDG comprises of 750+ enterprises and over 1,600 CIO's and Senior IT Executives representing all industries and sizes across 18 geographies including 100+ members in Australia. Nowhere in the world will you find a more concentrated or experienced group of IT leaders.
Our mission is simple – to facilitate robust interactions among our global leaders in order to bring measurable value to their organisations and to support their professional development.
The Council provides a non-competitive, non-threatening, vendor and analyst free environment for CIOs to exchange information, discuss challenges and opportunities, and share experiences in order to help one another mitigate risk, save time and money, avoid mistakes and make better business decisions.

Whilst the Australian Council is part of the global organisation we work on a decentralised model and have our own Australian Advisory Board made up of local CIOs.
