We Have A Rare And Fantastic Opportunity For A General Bodyshop Manager/Director Designate To Join Our Established Accident Repair Centres, Overseeing Both Our Poole And Yeovil Sites.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate A Clear Understanding Of Modern Repair Processes And Techniques, A Passion For Driving Sales Opportunities Combined With Strong Interpersonal Skills And Team Management.

Working With The Local Bodyshop Managers, You Will Oversee The Running Of Operations Of Both Our Accident Repair Centres With Both Insurer And Manufacturer Approvals, Ensuring All Body Repairs And Paintwork Meet Defined Quality Procedures.

In Short, You Will Ensure The Highest Standards Of Customer Care And Satisfaction, Operating Best Practice Policy At All Times, Whilst Driving Efficiency And Controlling Resources.

About You

You Will Be A Successful Experienced Bodyshop Manager/Director Looking For Your Next Challenge. An Advantage Would Be Experience Within The Prestige Retail Repair Side Of Industry.

You Must Be Able To Operate At A Highly Professional Level With Strong Management, Analytical And Problem-solving Skills.
